PathwayU
Use this tool to explore career paths, understanding your strengths and explore career matches. It includes a series of short assessments that measure your values, interests, personality, and workplace preferences, and creates a personalized report suggesting career paths that may be good fits for you. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) is one of the most widely used personality assessments in the world. With a proven record of reliability for more than 50 years, it offers a foundation for understanding your own personality characteristics and offers insight into the way people think, communicate and interact.
Strong Interest Inventory
For more than 75 years, the Strong Interest Inventory (SII) assessment has guided thousands of people in their search for a fulfilling career balanced with a satisfying personal life. The SII includes:
- 30 basic interest scales
- Six updated general occupational themes
