Her professional experiences with multinational corporations such as GE, HSBC, British Petroleum, Allstate, Sara Lee and Takeda Pharmaceuticals have given her a wealth of on-the-job experience with organizational change and leadership development. She is a published author on change communication and continues to conduct research, write and consult with organizations on this topic.

Yes. Each student receives a customized Curriculum Planner for the Online M.S.M.O.B. program and can arrange a telephone appointment to speak with an advisor whenever assistance is needed.
The Online M.S.M.O.B. program consists of a total of 30 credit-hours that can be completed in two years or less. If you choose to add an optional concentration the total required credits and completion time will change.
You may transfer up to two courses into the program if requirements are met. Graduate transfer credit could be granted should the student have successfully completed a graduate course in the same field of study from another regionally accredited graduate program with a grade of “B” or better within the last five years of application to the program. All requests for course waivers and transfers are subject to approval by the department chair and program director.
