What You'll Learn in MPH 6032

This course presents evidence-based methods of health education and promotion addressing major risk factors for death, injury and disability. You will learn how to create a health plan using proper assessment methods. As you identify your goals, objectives and target, you learn the importance of clear communication. You will explore community involvement and evaluation of your plan.

In a group project, you will have the opportunity to use the theories and strategies from the course to implement a health education plan.
