- Nutrition Entrepreneurship Concentration: Provides flexibility by allowing you to select some of your electives in nutrition, business, or public health to best meet your professional and personal goals.
Among other things, you will study the role of functional foods and phytochemicals in health promotion and disease prevention, the role of nutrients in growth and development, how nutrition can affect and lessen disease and conditions such as obesity, and application in wellness and public health settings.
