IDS 202 Catholic and Benedictine Intellectual Traditions

The purpose of this course is to examine and practice stewardship of one’s Benedictine identity in the context of 21st Century information and communication technologies. The course analyzes complexity of identity through the lens of multiple disciplines such as Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Organizational Development, and Religion. The course practices stewarding identity through journaling, critical essay, and online publishing, with special emphasis on integrating 21st Century digital media literacy skills.
